Then Justin Rector, took my offer seriously, communicated directly and made a counter offer i could respect and close on. NO OTHER DODGE dealer and I contacted over 20 responded with a serious counter. Every other dealer of every other brand offered me a vin and a price.
They were through. They kept it to check and make sure everything was okay and working right

Vehicle was at your dealership on Friday before Labor Day and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tuesday. I said great as I already had appointment at Crawfordsville for a part that had been on order for couple weeks. Windshield did not get put in on Tuesday as I was told & therefore I didn’t get my part put in at Crawfordsville, I didn’t get my car back until Friday.

We purchased a vehicle at what we consider to be a reasonable price. The sales person we worked with was friendly, helpful and worked to try and inform us on features of the car we were not familiar with.
Dealer ship did what they was supposed to do, no issues there. The deal stated outside scuff mark above passenger right wheel well needed fixed.
They I think attempted to fix it, but chipped the paint in the process and the scuff is still there.
When I pointed it to George, he said go buy touch up paint and fix it… never attempted to fix or tried anything further. So it’s my job to fix it when in writing it was supposed to get done but was made worse.

Eric was a FANTASTIC help in an 'emergency pinch'. My 2024 Tahoe appeared to lose its transmission while I was on a road trip. I got my truck back earlier than expected, it was washed and it was a little less money than the original quote. I just don’t know how it could have been better. I didn’t buy this Sierra at York. Dealership service seems to be extremely high priced sometimes, in fact most times, but that is nothing unique to Yorks. Example: my really old truck needed a new wheel bearing assembly on front left. Yorks service tech found the problem and service writer estimated $600 for the repair. My personal mechanic friend charged me $100 labor and the cost of the part was approx $90. It took him about half an hour to do the work. $190.

From my first contact with York to make my offer on the Durango, Preston was Outstanding, his Honesty was a blindside after a week of talking to car sales staff. Then Justin Rector, took my offer seriously, communicated directly and made a counter offer i could respect and close on. NO OTHER DODGE dealer and I contacted over 20 responded with a serious counter. Every other dealer of every other brand offered me a vin and a price.

While traveling home to California in our new 2026 Ram 2500 towing 30 foot fifth wheel trailer we had a low coolant light come on. This is after service was done at Indy CDJR Brownsburg. Vehicle was at your dealership on Friday before Labor Day and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tuesday. I said great as I already had appointment at Crawfordsville for a part that had been on order for couple weeks. Windshield did not get put in on Tuesday as I was told & therefore I didn’t get my part put in at Crawfordsville, I didn’t get my car back until Friday.

We purchased a vehicle at what we consider to be a reasonable price. The sales person we worked with was friendly, helpful and worked to try and inform us on features of the car we were not familiar with.
Dealer ship did what they was supposed to do, no issues there. The deal stated outside scuff mark above passenger right wheel well needed fixed.
They I think attempted to fix it, but chipped the paint in the process and the scuff is still there.
When I pointed it to George, he said go buy touch up paint and fix it… never attempted to fix or tried anything further. So it’s my job to fix it when in writing it was supposed to get done but was made worse.

Eric was a FANTASTIC help in an 'emergency pinch'. My 2024 Tahoe appeared to lose its transmission while I was on a road trip. This is the second service I have done at York GMC. The service staff are awesome. Bobby was extremely helpful in my latest repair. I got my truck back earlier than expected, it was washed and it was a little less money than the original quote. I just don’t know how it could have been better. I didn’t buy this Sierra at York. But I’ll buy my next on there for sure.

Dealership service seems to be extremely high priced sometimes, in fact most times, but that is nothing unique to Yorks. Example: my really old truck needed a new wheel bearing assembly on front left. Yorks service tech found the problem and service writer estimated $600 for the repair. My personal mechanic friend charged me $100 labor and the cost of the part was approx $90. It took him about half an hour to do the work. $190.

I had a nail in a tire and it was time to rotate tires so I asked them to fix the tire with a nail and rotate. They did all that plus washed my Tahoe in about an hour.
